-Baking class-

I am finally going for another baking class to learn how to make the following:

1) American carrot cake with cream cheese frosting (Yummy!)
2) American pecan pie
3) New York cheesecake (my all time favourite..had distant memories of sitting at Coffee Club in bygone days enjoying a cuppa..never mind who I went with..lol)

Quite exhilarated cos been really bogged down by work and of course busy with UM admin too. The baking class will add life to my otherwise packed schedule and it's Teachers' Day dinner at the Hilton next Tuesday. I can wear my chiffon layered floral tube dress again (How's that for adjectives? ;p)

It is indeed a time of testing for us with the firstfruits weekend coming. Many of us in the group are going through tough times. In this period of time, let's continue to pray for one another! =)
